My name is Jack and Pat is my Grandad. During my first lesson Pat explained to me how the car works and I was eager to get driving, when I set off I started at a slow pace so that I would get used to how the car works and functions, by the end of my first lesson I felt that I could control the clutch and change gear with relative ease. on my second and third lessons I learnt how to do manouvres such as three point turns and a short spell of driving on the dual carriageway. I'm just beginning to get on with my theory test, it is important that you get that done early into your lessons so that you can concentrate completely on the practical aspects and do your practical test.

I have just been on my fourth lesson. During this lesson we concentrated on Round-abouts. Pat had top duel control me twice as I was too eager and went too quickly. I plan to learn from these mistakes!
